Our practices and promises

The terms and other information below form the basis of the relationship between you and Eviva Organics Proprietary Limited, ABN 29 610 197 638 (“Eviva Organics”, “us”, “our”, “we”). 

We always aim to be nice people, and we hope you’ll aim to be nice in return. 

By using our website and transacting with us, you agree to be fair minded and reasonable in your dealing with Eviva Organics and – just as importantly, we promise to be fair-minded and reasonable in return. Even generous, when we can be.

 

Authenticity and quality

Most of our Naturalmente products have an unopened shelf life of approximately 18-24 months from the date of manufacture. The ingredients are active and contain a minimal amount of synthetic ingredients to preserve them. So we also recommend using each product within 3 to 12 months of opening it.

Our mascaras and liquid eye liners in particular should be used within 3 months of opening.  

The best way to keep your skincare fresh is to use it daily, ensure your hands are clean before application and store it away from direct sunlight and in temperatures between 15ºC and 25ºC.   

 

What’s in, what’s out

We carefully research all our products before we offer them to you. We only stock items that are high quality and high performing, but also natural, organic, not tested on animals, sustainable, ethical and created in safe environments. 

If we decide to offer a product and then find (from you or another source) that it doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll withdraw it from sale straight away. 

Our beauty products are all free from:

  • Synthetic colourants
  • Synthetic perfumes
  • Synthetic anti-oxidants
  • Synthetic emollients
  • Synthetic oils, fats and silicons
  • Petrochemicals

You’ll find a list of ingredients for each product on it’s product page, and on the label.

We have catalogues for most of the product ranges we carry, and are happy to send them to you. Just Contact us with your request.

 

Product issues

Eviva Organics will consider any issue on a case by case basis. If you know you have allergies, please try to check the ingredients list for any products you’re considering. And if you have any specific issues about the delivery, function or performance of any product your order from us, please Contact us.

If we can’t answer your enquiry ourselves we usually know people who can, and we’ll get an answer for you as quickly as we can (allowing for time and language differences, etc).

Please note that our advice is not professional health or beauty advice and you shouldn’t treat it as such. You should always consult your health or beauty professional if you have any concerns about allergies or any other pre-existing condition. We’ll do our best to provide any product information they might need.

Payments 

We can accept most major credit cards and PayPal. Or you can pay us by direct bank deposit (within Australia) if you’d rather not use a card. Just Contact us and we’ll give you our account details. 

Orders are only sent once full payment has been received. If we don’t receive payment within 5 business days your order will be cancelled.
