If you receive a product from us then find it doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund your money. No problems as long as it's within 60 days. (Organic products have a use-by date, so the sooner you can get them back to us the better.)
Simply send your item back to us at PO Box 1087, Flinders Park SA 5025 with your feedback and bank or PayPal details, and we’ll credit your account.
Please also Contact us to let us know you’re sending something back, so we can keep an eye out for it and process it as soon as it arrives.
Your returned product will then be used for samples, or donated to our local women’s shelter – so nothing is wasted.
We see our relationship with our customers as a friendship. And if a friend of ours wasn’t happy with a product we’d recommended, we’d take it back. That’s just what friends do. So that’s what we’ll do for you.
